COMPLAINTS
We will not admit any good returned after 5 days of the reception of the merchanise. We will not accept any return of material that does not appear in our catalogue, whatever its state.

REFUNDS
We will not admit any good returned after 5 days of the reception of the merchanise, that previously has not been consulted and authorized by the COMPANY'S SALES DEPARTMENT.In any case, they will only be admitted if they client pay the transport fees.

GARANTÍA
We just limited simply and puerly the guarantee to the replacement of the pieces, previously recognized as defective material by technical staff of the COMPANY and without any indemnification.

INSURANCE
All articles of our manufacture are protected by an insurance of civil responsability.

JURISDICTION
The fact of acceptance of our general sale conditions implies, in case of litigation, the submission to the jurisdiction of the Alicante's Courts, with resignation to its own law.
